Hey church family – join us for Together in July Sundays!
We will enjoy breakfast, fellowship, being together, and some fun times of teaching. One exciting aspect of this will be that on two of these Sundays we will have missionary families from Lille, France, with us!
When and where will this be taking place?
It will take place each Sunday in July (6, 13, 20 & 27) at 9am in the Fellowship Hall. Breakfast will even be available each Sunday.
Who is this for?
Everyone! All ages! After we take time to eat breakfast together, preschool-aged kids will go to their designated rooms and age 5 years and up will go with Sandy.
Why are we doing this?
You are aware of the five values we have as a church: Welcoming (we want you to be here), Community (we build genuine relationships), Multigenerational (we engage all generations), Discipleship (we equip you with the message of Jesus), and Biblical Authority (we submit our lives to the Bible). This will be a welcoming environment that allows us to build community among the different generations in the church so that we are equipped with the message of Jesus together as we all seek to submit ourselves to the truths of Scripture. Plus, it is fun when we are all together in a different environment as it gives us the chance to know one another better. There will be aspects of this that feel like a small group, which is also a priority for us.
What if this isn’t my kind of thing? I mean, I like my regular Life Group.
We are hoping you will be willing to make this your thing for the month of July! We are glad you like your Life Group, but please don’t skip out for the entire month. Just trust that being together with others in the church that you might not know quite as well in a small group environment will be good for everyone.
